Terms & Conditions: 1. This Summer Season Pass 2025 Offer is available for new eligible bookings made between 12:01 a.m. EST on Thursday, 26 September 2024 and 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, 31 December 2024 or sooner once sold out (“Offer Period”) for voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Valiant Lady, or the Resilient Lady on select voyages. 2. The cost for each Voyage Period eligible for the Summer Season Pass Offer is at the following price per cabin (for one or two Sailors), inclusive of taxes and fees (each a “Voyage Fare”): SCARLET LADY June: US $14,999.00; SCARLET LADY August: US $24,999.00; SCARLET LADY September: US $17,499.00; VALIANT LADY June: US $19,999.00. VALIANT LADY July: US $17,999.00; VALIANT LADY August: US $17,999.00; VALIANT LADY September: US $14,999.00. RESILIENT LADY June: US $19,499.00; RESILIENT LADY July: US $14,999.00; RESILIENT LADY September: US $15,499. 3. A voyage booking is only eligible for the Summer Season Pass Offer (each an “Eligible Voyage”) if: it is a new booking onboard the Virgin Voyages’ ship Scarlet Lady, Resilient Lady, or Valiant Lady, and made during the Offer Period for one of the Voyage Periods listed above; the booking is for the double occupancy Central Sea Terrace Cabin; the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) for all the itineraries in the respective Voyage Period remains the same (the secondary passenger may change between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy); the booking is paid for in full at the time of reservation; and the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking. 4. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks for the “Season Pass” voyages: Premium Wifi; Laundry Service (Wash & Fold) (one bag per itinerary); Early access booking window for dining and Shore Things; Pre-voyage and onboard support - dedicated concierge service; Access to Richard's Rooftop*; Two specialty coffees per day at bars, restaurants, or the Grounds Club. Not available through Ship Eats. Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included. Applies solely to Sailor 1. Coffee credit expires at the end of each day and does not roll over to the next day; Welcome bubbles (i.e., sparkling wine or non-alcoholic substitute) to kick off celebration (one bottle in the cabin for the first itinerary of the Voyage Period) *Only the first 25 bookings per Voyage Period will receive Richard’s Rooftop access. 5. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis for one of the Voyage Periods listed above. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Voyage Periods cannot be modified. Single occupancy cabins will be priced the same. 6. All cancellations made 45 days or more before the departure date of the first itinerary in a selected Voyage Period are pursuant to our standard cancellation policy in our Ticket Contract (available at https://www.virginvoyages.com/Web-Marketing/addl-terms-and-conditions.html). Cancellations made 44 days or less before the departure date of the first itinerary in a selected Voyage Period, including no shows, are non-refundable. 7. Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 8. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Any Promotional Offer, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, or Free Access Keys. Further, bookings made under this Offer are not eligible for upgrades, promotional Bar Tab or onboard credit offers. 9. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this offer at any time. Should this Offer be withdrawn or suspended such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the offer shall be the sole remedy.
