Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Laura Adams, an independent travel advisor operating under Telamon Travel LLC and affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”) (collectively referred to as the “Travel Advisor,” “we,” or “us”), and you, the purchaser of travel services (“Client” or “you”).


1. Use of Services

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

a. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorized to enter into this Agreement and make travel bookings;
b. All information provided (for yourself or others) is true, accurate, and will be kept up to date;
c. You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in your booking; and
d. You agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable supplier terms.


2. Independent Advisor Relationship

a. Laura Adams operates Telamon Travel LLC as an independent travel business and is affiliated with Fora as a host agency.
b. The Travel Advisor is not an employee, agent, or representative of Fora.
c. Fora acts solely as a host agency and technology platform and is not a travel service provider.
d. Fora is not a party to this Agreement for any purpose.
e. You expressly waive any claims against Fora arising from or related to travel arrangements, advisor services, or this Agreement.


3. Services and Planning Fees

a. The Travel Advisor provides personalized travel planning and booking services, including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and related travel components.
b. A planning fee may apply and will be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
c. Planning fees compensate for professional time, research, itinerary design, and coordination services and are separate from supplier payments.
d. All planning fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
e. If the Travel Advisor determines that the requested itinerary cannot be accommodated, any planning fee collected will be refunded in full.


4. Role of the Travel Advisor

a. The Travel Advisor acts solely as a planner and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”).
b. Suppliers are independent entities responsible for providing travel services.
c. The Travel Advisor does not control supplier operations and makes no guarantees regarding availability, pricing, or fulfillment of special requests.
d. You acknowledge that you are entering into separate agreements with Suppliers for all booked services.


5. Travel Bookings and Pricing

a. Rates and Availability. All pricing is subject to change until confirmed with payment. Suppliers may utilize dynamic pricing.
b. Post-Purchase Price Changes. Prices may increase due to supplier-imposed costs, taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. You authorize such adjustments where applicable.
c. Currency Fluctuations. International pricing may vary due to exchange rate changes.
d. Payment. Payments may be made directly to Suppliers or processed via Fora on behalf of Suppliers.
e. Deposits. Deposits may be required to secure reservations and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
f. Authorization. By providing payment details, you authorize the Travel Advisor to arrange payment with Suppliers on your behalf.
g. Personal Information. You authorize the use of your personal information for booking and travel-related services.


6. Credit Card Authorization and Disputes

a. You confirm that you are an authorized user of any payment method provided.
b. You agree not to initiate chargebacks to circumvent supplier terms, including cancellation penalties, unless services were not provided or materially misrepresented.
c. You agree to notify the Travel Advisor promptly of any issues to allow for resolution with the Supplier.


7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

a. Reviewing and approving all travel details prior to booking;
b. Understanding Supplier terms, including cancellation and refund policies;
c. Ensuring all traveler names and documentation are accurate; and
d. Safeguarding all travel documents.

The Travel Advisor is not responsible for errors once documents have been reviewed and approved.


8. Cancellations and Modifications

a. All bookings are subject to Supplier terms and conditions.
b. Cancellation and change penalties may apply.
c. Requests must be submitted with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.
d. The Travel Advisor is not responsible for penalties resulting from untimely requests.
e. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Supplier processing and are not guaranteed until received.


9. Travel Insurance

a. Travel insurance is not included unless expressly purchased.
b. The Travel Advisor strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance.
c. Without coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for cancellations, interruptions, and unforeseen events.


10. Documentation and Entry Requirements

a. You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required documentation.
b. All travel documents must match legal identification.
c. Entry requirements vary by destination and are your responsibility to confirm.
d. Denied entry for any reason does not entitle you to a refund.


11. Travel Advisories and Risk

a. Travel involves inherent risks, including health, safety, and geopolitical factors.
b. Government advisories do not override Supplier cancellation policies.
c. Personal concerns do not constitute grounds for refund.
d. By proceeding with travel, you accept these risks.


12. Flights and Transportation

a. Airline schedules and routes are subject to change without notice.
b. The Travel Advisor is not responsible for airline schedule changes or related costs.
c. Failure to check in or adhere to ticketed flight sequences may result in cancellation of the itinerary.
d. You are responsible for confirming flight details prior to departure.


13. Complaints and Resolution

a. Any issues during travel must be reported directly to the Supplier at the time they occur.
b. If unresolved, you agree to notify the Travel Advisor promptly to allow for assistance.
c. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may limit available remedies.


14. Limitation of Liability

a. The Travel Advisor acts solely as an intermediary for independent Suppliers.
b. The Travel Advisor is not liable for Supplier actions, errors, omissions, delays, or failures.
c. The Travel Advisor is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses related to travel.
d. Any recovery is limited to the amount of commission or fees actually received.


15. Force Majeure

The Travel Advisor shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.


16. Seller of Travel Disclosures

Telamon Travel LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel in California (CST #2151995-50) and Florida (ST43973). Registration does not constitute approval by the State of California. Telamon Travel LLC is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.


17. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.


18. Claims and Legal Limitations

a. Any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of trip completion.
b. Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity.
c. Recovery is limited to compensatory damages only.


19. General Provisions

a. Modifications. The Travel Advisor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
b. Severability. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
c. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.


20. Acceptance

By engaging our services and/or confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
