Telamon Travel is led by Laura Adams, founder and Certified Travel Advisor, alongside Ann Mayers, Travel Curator. Together, we bring a shared approach to thoughtful planning, trusted partnerships, and consistent attention to detail.

A one-time planning fee confirms our services and allows us to begin curating your itinerary. This investment covers personalized research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and attentive support from our first conversation through your return home.
Planning fees begin at $250 per trip
Final planning fees are determined by the scope and complexity of your travel plans and will always be confirmed in advance.

The Signature Circle
Year-Round Travel Planning and Priority Support
An annual planning service designed for travelers who journey often and value seamless, ongoing support throughout the year. This elevated option provides continuous collaboration, priority care, and year-round travel planning.
$1,500 annually
Your service includes:
- Unlimited custom trip planning throughout the year
- A Visioning Session to design your personal travel blueprint
- VIP amenities and recognition at select hotels and resorts
- Planning support for both weekend escapes and extended journeys
- Concierge-style support for every trip
Ideal for travelers who value continuity, foresight, and elevated care, The Signature Circle offers a refined approach to planning a year of intentional journeys.
Hotel Booking Service
A Simple Way to Book Exceptional Hotels
For travelers who have already planned most of their trip and simply need assistance securing the right hotel, we offer a streamlined booking service through our partner network.
We create a curated hotel quote featuring preferred partner properties, allowing you to review options, select your preferred stay, and complete your booking with ease.
No planning fee required
This service is available for standalone hotel reservations and does not include itinerary design or destination planning.
